目的研究二元制剂二氧化氯空气缓释消毒剂消毒相关性能。方法采用理化分析和现场试验及动物试验方法,对该空气缓释消毒剂的稳定性、消毒效果及其毒性进行了观察。结果用五步碘量法测得缓释消毒剂的二氧化氯含量为1133 mg/L,置37℃储存90 d后,下降率为4.32%。用该空气缓释消毒剂1份置于20 m3气雾室反应释放二氧化氯消毒作用30 min,对室内空气中白色葡萄球菌的杀灭率达到100%。在相同使用量的条件下,对48m3普通库房空气消毒作用60 min,可使空气中自然菌的消亡率均达到90%以上。雌雄小鼠急性经口毒性LD50值平均为865 mg/kg(体重),属低毒级物质;小鼠急性吸入毒性LC502 h均大于10 000 mg/m3,属实际无毒级;急性眼刺激试验属轻刺激性;对小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞无致微核突变作用。结论二氧化氯空气缓释消毒剂有良好的杀菌效果和稳定性,毒性低。
Objective To study the disinfection performance of dual-agent chlorine dioxide airborne sustained-release disinfectant. Methods The physical and chemical analysis, field test and animal test methods were used to observe the stability, disinfection effect and toxicity of the airborne sustained release disinfectant. Results The content of chlorine dioxide in the sustained-release disinfectant was 1133 mg / L measured by the five-step iodometric method and decreased by 4.32% after storage at 37 ℃ for 90 days. The average oral LD50 value of male and female mice is 865 mg / kg (body weight), which belongs to the low toxicity class. The LC502 h of acute inhalation toxicity in mice is more than 10 000 mg / m3, which is actually non-toxic. The acute eye irritation test Is a light irritant; mouse bone marrow polychromatic erythrocytes without causing micronucleus mutations. Conclusion Chlorine dioxide air release disinfectant has good bactericidal effect and stability, low toxicity.
