随着人们环保意识的加强,绿色建筑的概念被提出,成了建筑行业当前和未来的主流方向。所谓绿色建筑,指的是在理念、材料等方面都以节约能源、保护环境为中心,依靠降低消耗、减轻污染程度等方式,使人们的居住空间更加健康舒适的建筑。在绿色建筑工程中,设计和施工是最为关键的两个阶段,前者注重理论,后者注重实际,时绿色建筑的质量和效果有着直接影响,必须加以重视,做好绿色设计和施工工作。
With the strengthening of people’s awareness of environmental protection, the concept of green building has been proposed and has become the mainstream of the current and future construction industry. The so-called green building, refers to the concept, materials and other aspects are to save energy and protect the environment as the center, relying on reducing consumption, reduce pollution levels, etc., so that people living more healthy and comfortable buildings. In the green building project, design and construction are the two most critical stages. The former focuses on the theory. The latter focuses on the actual situation.
