对14例中度(Ⅰ组)和17例重度(Ⅱ组)哮喘急性发作期患者研究了,1,6-二磷酸果糖(FDP)对生命体征和呼气高峰流速(PEFR)的影响。结果表明,与基础值比较,静滴FDP后即刻、15,30和60分钟测定的心率和呼吸频率均明显减少,PEFR均明显增加(P均小于0.001)。虽然两组患者用药前后动脉血压均数无明显变化,但其中2例血压降低者和5例血压升高者的血压用药后均恢复至正常范围。说明FDP具有扩张支气管的作用和改善血流动力学的效应,可配合哮喘急性发作期的治疗。
The effects of fructose 1,6-diphosphate (FDP) on vital signs and peak expiratory flow (PEFR) were studied in 14 moderate (group I) and 17 severe (group II) asthma exacerbation patients. The results showed that heart rate and respiratory rate were significantly decreased and PEFR were significantly increased (P <0.001) immediately after intravenous infusion of FDP compared with the basal value at 15, 30 and 60 minutes. Although there was no significant difference in the mean arterial blood pressure before and after treatment in both groups, the blood pressure of 2 of the 2 patients with hypotension and 5 of the hypertensive patients returned to their normal range after treatment. Description of FDP has the role of expansion of the bronchial and hemodynamic effects, with acute exacerbation of asthma treatment.
