目的分析中老年人群中人体成分与血脂、肝功能指标之间的相关性。方法选择深圳市某体检中心2013年7月—2014年1月排除了心肌梗死病史、肿瘤病史、严重感染、肝功能不全及无法独自站立的检查者后共925例。使用Inbody230人体成分仪对人体成分进行测定,主要包括体质指数(BMI)、体重、骨骼肌、蛋白质、体脂肪、矿物质含量、体脂百分比(%)、身体水分含量、体脂肪、去脂体重、腹部肥胖程度等指标,同时收集血清测定血脂及肝功能指标。结果除了体脂肪不受性别影响外,其余指标男女之间的体成分差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。正常体重、超重、肥胖之间的成分BMI与甘油三酯(TG)呈正相关,体脂肪与胆固醇(TC)、TG、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)均呈正相关关系,体脂百分比与TC、LDL、高密度脂蛋白胆固酬(HDL-C)呈正相关,腹部肥胖程度与TC、TG、LDL呈正相关,而矿物质含量、身体水分含量及去脂体重与TG均呈正相关,与其余3项负相关。BMI、腹部肥胖程度、矿物质量、身体水分含量及去脂体重与丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)呈正相关,体脂肪与ALT呈正相关。结论中老年人群人体成分与血脂、肝功能水平密切相关。通过人体成分分析,可早期发现血脂和肝功能异常,指导中老年人健康的生活方式,尽早预测、发现营养相关性疾病,协助临床诊断。
Objective To analyze the correlation between body composition, blood lipids and liver function in middle-aged and elderly people. Methods A physical examination center in Shenzhen from July 2013 to January 2014 excluded a history of myocardial infarction, a history of cancer, severe infection, liver dysfunction and can not stand alone examiner after a total of 925 cases. The human body composition was measured by Inbody230 human body composition analyzer, including body mass index (BMI), body weight, skeletal muscle, protein, body fat, mineral content, percentage of body fat (%), body moisture content, body fat, , Abdominal obesity and other indicators, at the same time collecting serum lipid and liver function indicators. Results Body fat was significantly different from that of body fat (all P <0.01), except for body fat. Normal body weight, overweight and obesity were positively correlated with BMI and triglyceride (TG). Body fat was positively correlated with cholesterol (TC), TG and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) TC, LDL and HDL-C were positively correlated with each other. The degree of abdominal obesity was positively correlated with TC, TG and LDL, while mineral content, body moisture content and body fat content were positively correlated with TG, The remaining three negative correlation. BMI, degree of abdominal obesity, mineral quality, body water content and lean body weight were positively correlated with alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), body fat and ALT were positively correlated. Conclusion The body composition of middle-aged and elderly people is closely related to the level of blood lipid and liver function. Through the analysis of human body composition, it can detect the abnormal blood lipid and liver function early, guide the healthy life style of middle-aged and elderly people, forecast and discover nutrition-related diseases as soon as possible, and assist clinical diagnosis.
