随着社会经济的快速发展,施工企业的利润率呈现出不断降低的趋势,工程招投标价格明显下降。如何应对建筑市场日趋激烈的竞争,愈来愈多的施工企业开始加强项目成本费用的管理,以期能够为企业带来更大的经济效益。本文主要从当前建筑施工企业项目成本控制过程中出现的问题入手,提出企业项目成本控制的原则,最后制定出有针对性的解决措施。
With the rapid development of society and economy, the profit rate of construction enterprises shows a trend of declining constantly, and the price of bidding for projects has dropped significantly. How to deal with the increasingly fierce competition in the construction market, more and more construction companies began to strengthen project cost management, with a view to bring more economic benefits for the enterprise. This paper starts with the problems in the project cost control of the current construction enterprises, puts forward the principle of project cost control, and finally formulates the targeted solutions.
