目的了解甘肃省艾滋病自愿咨询检测现况。方法根据《艾滋病自愿咨询检测工作实施方案》的要求,为求询者提供咨询检测服务后,填写咨询个案登记表,并汇总分析。结果3 205名求询者中有62.81%的人求询原因是婚外性接触,87.02%的求询者经过咨询后愿意接受检测,其中9人检测结果为阳性(分别为异性性接触人群、同性性接触人群和吸毒人群),HIV抗体阳性率为0.32%。结论我省自愿咨询检测人群主要为婚外性接触人群,因此利用大众媒体或外展工作开展针对性工作者及其他高危人群的自愿咨询检测服务宣传活动势在必行。
Objective To understand the status of AIDS voluntary counseling and testing in Gansu Province. Methods According to the requirements of “Implementation Plan of Voluntary Counseling and Testing for HIV / AIDS”, after consulting and testing services were provided to the inquirers, the registration form should be completed and analyzed. Results 62.81% of the 3 205 inquires asked for the reason of extramarital sexual contact, and 87.02% of the inquires were willing to be tested after consultation. Among them 9 were positive for heterosexual contact, Homosexuality and drug users), the positive rate of HIV antibody was 0.32%. Conclusion Voluntary counseling and testing population in our province is mainly extra-marital sexual contact population. Therefore, it is imperative to carry out volunteer counseling and testing service publicity campaigns for targeted workers and other high-risk groups by using the mass media or outreach.
