本文研究缺血性心脏病患者的血液凝固和血小板活性的特征。方法共98例(男72,女26)缺血性心脏病患者。其中陈旧性心肌梗塞组53例,稳定型劳力性心绞痛组10例,自发型心绞痛组27例,恶化型劳力性心绞痛组8例。据症状各组又分活动和不活动两亚组。对照组41例(男28,女13),年龄与患者组相仿,没有心脏病、糖尿病、高血压、甲亢或其他疾病。41例患者作冠状动脉造影。根据累及的冠状动脉
This article investigates the characteristics of blood coagulation and platelet activity in patients with ischemic heart disease. Methods A total of 98 cases (male 72, female 26) patients with ischemic heart disease. Among them, 53 cases were in old myocardial infarction group, 10 cases were in stable angina pectoris group, 27 cases were in spontaneous angina pectoris group and 8 cases were in severe angina pectoris group. According to the symptoms of each group is divided into two sub-activities and activities.
