和谐必须依靠法律作保障,而我们在构建和谐人居方面体制、机制尚不完善,民主法制建设还不健全。要通过加强法制建设,使构建和谐人居的一切活动都涵盖在法律范围内进行,以有利于房地产业的健康发展。
Harmony must rely on the law as a safeguard, and we are not yet perfect in building a harmonious human settlements system, the building of democracy and legal system is not perfect. It is necessary to strengthen the legal system so that all activities for building a harmonious living environment are covered by the law so as to be conducive to the healthy development of the real estate industry.
