603防水卷材是以氯化聚乙烯合成橡胶为基体,以玻璃丝布为骨架增强材料,经压延制成的新型防水材料。它具有耐老化、耐湿热、耐酸碱、耐高低温、耐水性好、弹性好、强度高等特点,已在中央电视台、钓鱼台国宾馆文体中心等工程中应用,取得了经验。 1 施工准备工作 1.1 工具准备施工工具有大棕刷、小刷子、排笔、木橡皮榔头、橡皮刮板、剪子、水槽、电动搅拌器等。 1.2 材料准备 603卷材屋面施工每平方米按1.25m~2备料,规格为厚1.2mm、宽900mm,每卷长20m,黑色。与603卷材配套的有4种胶液:603-1号胶液按70g/m~2备料,银色,用于卷材表面保护;603-2号胶液按70g/m~2备料,浅灰色,用于卷材与卷材搭接部位的粘接;603-3号胶液按450g/m~2备料,白色,用于卷材与基层之间的粘
