目的:探讨宣木瓜对烟气造成小鼠肺损伤模型的干预性保护作用。方法:将SPF级KM小鼠随机分为空白对照组、烟气组,其中烟气组包括模型组及高中低3种浓度宣木瓜给药组。给药组提前给药,模型组与对照组分别予以等剂量0.9%Na Cl溶液,实验采用模拟被动吸烟法建立小鼠肺损伤模型,在使用烟气对给药组和模型组染毒2周后,取小鼠全肺,进行肺组织形态学检查,并测定肺湿质/干质(W/D)、肺指数(肺湿质/体质量×100%)、肺组织匀浆SOD活性及MDA含量。结果:(1)肺组织形态学:光镜下,对比空白组,模型组及给药组肺间质加厚,弥漫性出血,肺泡结构不同程度破坏,给药各组与模型组比较各项症状均有改善;(2)肺湿/干质(W/D):模型组W/D较空白组明显升高,给药各组W/D较模型组不同程度降低;(3)肺组织匀浆SOD活性及MDA含量:模型组SOD活性较空白组显著降低,给药各组SOD活性较模型组不同程度升高;MDA含量模型组较空白组升高,给药各组MDA含量较模型组不同程度降低。结论:宣木瓜对烟气所致小鼠肺损伤具有干预性的保护作用,能在一定程度上减轻肺损伤造成的炎性反应和肺组织水肿。
Objective: To investigate the protective effect of Xuan papaya against lung injury induced by smoke in mice. Methods: SPF KM mice were randomly divided into a blank control group and a flue gas group, in which the flue gas group included the model group and the high, medium and low concentrations of the two groups. The drug group was given in advance, the model group and the control group were given equal dosage of 0.9% NaCl solution, the model of mice lung injury was established by simulated passive smoking experiment, and the two groups were exposed to smoke for two weeks The whole lungs of the mice were sacrificed and lung morphological examination was performed. Results: (1) Morphology of lung: Under the light microscope, compared with the blank group, the model group and the administration group were thickened pulmonary interstitial, diffuse hemorrhage, the alveolar structure was damaged to varying degrees, compared with the model group (2) Wet / dry lung (W / D): The W / D of the model group was significantly higher than that of the blank group, and the W / D of each group was lower than the model group to some extent; (3) Homogenized SOD activity and MDA content: SOD activity in model group was significantly lower than that in blank group, SOD activity in each group was higher than that in model group; MDA content in model group was higher than that in blank group Groups reduced to varying degrees. Conclusion: Xuan papaya has an protective effect on lung injury induced by smoke in mice, which can relieve the inflammatory reaction induced by lung injury and lung edema to a certain extent.
