目的:探讨高频超声在指导小儿体表血管瘤核素治疗中的价值。方法:采用高频超声检测小儿体表血管瘤470例,根据血管瘤类型建议选择不同核素治疗方法,并对疗效进行分析。结果:超声诊断草莓状血管瘤235例,海绵状血管瘤80例,混合血管瘤102例,鲜红斑痣53例。痊愈408例,占86.8%;显效31例,占6.6%;好转24例,占5.1%;无效7例,占1.5%。结论:高频超声在指导小儿体表血管瘤核素治疗方法的选择上具有较高应用价值。
Objective: To investigate the value of high-frequency ultrasound in the treatment of pediatric surface hemangiomas nuclide treatment. Methods: 470 cases of pediatric hemangiomas in children were examined by high frequency ultrasound. According to the type of hemangiomas, different radionuclides were selected and the curative effect was analyzed. Results: Ultrasound diagnosis of 235 cases of strawberry hemangioma, cavernous hemangioma in 80 cases, mixed hemangioma in 102 cases, port wine stains in 53 cases. Among them, 408 cases were cured, accounting for 86.8%; 31 cases were markedly effective, accounting for 6.6%; 24 cases were improved, accounting for 5.1%; 7 cases were ineffective, accounting for 1.5%. Conclusion: High-frequency ultrasound in pediatric hematoma guidance on the selection of radionuclide therapy has a high value.
