目的:探讨核心肌群训练结合中药熏蒸对老年腰椎压缩性骨折患者术后综合疗效的影响。方法:选取120例老年腰椎压缩性骨折手术术后患者,随机分成两组各60例,对照组给予传统康复护理与训练,治疗组给予核心肌群训练结合中药熏蒸治疗与护理。结果:在实施两种不同康复护理方式干预12周以后,治疗组在疼痛VAS评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数和腰椎JOA评分与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:核心肌群训练结合中药熏蒸对老年腰椎压缩性骨折术后综合康复护理疗效显著。
Objective: To investigate the effect of core muscle training combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation on the comprehensive postoperative efficacy of elderly patients with lumbar compression fractures. Methods: 120 elderly patients with lumbar vertebral compression fractures were randomly divided into two groups of 60 cases. The control group was given traditional rehabilitation nursing and training. The treatment group was given core muscle training combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment and nursing. Results: After 12 weeks intervention, the VAS score, Oswestry disability index and lumbar JOA score of the treatment group were significantly different from those of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The combination of core muscle training and traditional Chinese medicine fumigation has significant curative effect on comprehensive rehabilitation nursing care of aged patients with lumbar compression fractures.
