电机生产中,在加工转子轴的轴承档时,由于公差要求很严格(通常允许1～2丝),精磨时操作工人稍一疎忽,就有超过公差的可能(往往是磨细了)。糖磨转子轴的轴承档是加工转子的最后一道工序,而报废一个转子约损失整个电机总价值的一半左右,这不但给经济上造成很大损失,更重要的是报废一个转子就要少生产一台电机,对支援祖国社会主义建设事业来说,是一个重大的损失。故在保证质量的前提下,如何设法来回用这些转子是一个很大的增产节约的途径。
