作者以保守疗法使用氨甲喋呤(MTX)治疗输卵管妊娠,破坏其绒毛功能,使胚胎组织坏死脱落吸收而治愈,收到一定效果。治疗对象为妊娠7～12周全身情况好,确诊或可疑为输卵管妊娠的11例病人。其中壶腹部妊娠5例、峡部妊娠1例、间质部妊娠1例、部位不清2例、可疑2例。治疗方法:按对滋养细胞疾病的用法使用 MTX,以国际防癌协会(UICC)治疗法为基础,结合病例具体情况加减药量。并把尿HCG值作为标记,以HCG值降至所谓LH水平(尿中HCG20IU/l以下)为目标来决定补充药量。
