β-2微球蛋白(Beta-2microglobulin),简称β-2m是一种低分子量的蛋白质(分子量11,800Daltons),最早从肾小管受损的患者尿液中得到分离。β-2m是HLA抗原的组成部分,酷似IgG的轻链。有报导,在正常成人血清可测及微量的β-2m。在肾小球疾病,严重的血液系统及其他恶性疾病患者,其值升高。正常妊娠时,母体血清的β-2m水平随妊娠月份增加而升高。近来的研究着眼于测定妊毒症时的β-2m含量。作者采用Anderson和Kelly介绍的ELISA方法,为293例妊娠6~41周健康孕妇,73例妊娠末三月先兆子痫孕妇作血清β-2m测定。293例健康孕
