对上隅角气动瓦斯吹排风机布风轮结构提出了叶片优化设计方案,通过实验结果分析可知:2对人形叶片布风轮结构在叶片吸力面的前缘和根部还存在速度和压力的不稳定现象,一些旋涡的出现导致能量损失,布风轮出口射流速度和扰动度无法控制;优化设计后,布风轮出口射流速度增大,扰动度减弱,但随着动叶片安装角的减小,布风轮出口射流速度减小,射流的扰动程度增加;优化方案最佳安装角可调整至75~80°。
