结缔组织病合并肺动脉高压国内罕见,本文报告二例。 例1,女,36岁,因反复四肢关节疼痛,胸闷气促四年,加重一个月,于1990年4月住院。患者于15年前出现腕、膝关节及四肢指(趾)关节痛,同时伴红肿,低热及血沉增高,当地诊断“风湿性关节炎”,经激素治疗后好转。近四年来反复咳嗽、胸闷、气促,夜间不能平卧,第三次住本院。体检:面部蝶形红斑,双手呈雷诺氏现象颈静脉充盈,
Connective tissue disease complicated with pulmonary hypertension rare in China, this article reports two cases.
