目的:研究藏药唐古特青兰对大鼠慢性低氧性肺动脉高压的影响。方法:将大鼠置于低压氧舱内,模拟海拔5 000 m高原连续缺氧4 w,建立低氧性肺动脉高压的动物模型,测定大鼠的平均肺动脉压(m PAP)、平均颈动脉压(m CAP)、右心室肥厚指数(RVHI)及肺组织MDA含量和SOD、GSH-Px活性,光镜观察大鼠肺小动脉显微结构的变化。结果:唐古特青兰高、中、低剂量均能显著降低低氧性肺动脉高压大鼠m PAP、RVHI及肺组织MDA含量,明显改善肺小动脉管壁增厚和管腔狭窄,显著升高肺组织SOD、GSH-Px活性。结论:唐古特青兰对低氧性肺动脉高压具有一定的防治作用。
Objective: To study the effect of Tibetan medicine Tangut Qinglan on chronic hypoxic pulmonary hypertension in rats. Methods: The rats were placed in hypoxia chamber to simulate the continuous hypoxia for 4 weeks at 5 000 m above sea level. An animal model of hypoxic pulmonary hypertension was established. Mean pulmonary arterial pressure (m PAP) and mean carotid artery pressure (m CAP), RVHI, MDA content, SOD, GSH-Px activity in lung tissue were measured. The changes of microstructure of pulmonary arterioles were observed with light microscope. Results: High, medium and low doses of Tangut Tehran can significantly reduce the levels of m PAP, RVHI and MDA in lung tissue of hypoxic pulmonary hypertensive rats, and significantly improve the wall thickening and stenosis of pulmonary arterioles Lung tissue SOD, GSH-Px activity. Conclusion: Tang Gu Te Qing Lan hypoxic pulmonary hypertension have a preventive effect.
