本文介绍了一种便携式吸渡涂料测试仪,在一定的动态范围和误差范围内,可以简便灵活的测得实际使用中的吸波涂料在各个频点下的吸波性能。与常用方法相比,本测试仪采用ARM9处理器,并使用QT/E的构成基于GUI的程序,替代了采样设备+数字信号处理设备+PC机的常规配置,降低了设备的成本和维护费用,使得设备的安装和测试方便快捷,达到了较高精度的实时检测分析的目的。本文还对测试仪的硬件结构做了介绍,并对比了实测结果与理论值,结论证明本测试仪具有易于携带,简单实用,测试快速灵活等优点。
This paper introduces a portable suction paint tester, in a certain dynamic range and error range, can be easily and flexibly measured in actual use of absorbing coatings at various frequencies under the microwave absorption performance. Compared with the common method, the tester uses ARM9 processor and uses QT / E to form a GUI-based program, which replaces the conventional configuration of sampling device + digital signal processing device + PC and reduces the cost and maintenance cost of the device , Making the installation and testing equipment convenient and fast, to achieve a higher accuracy of real-time detection and analysis purposes. This article also introduces the hardware structure of the tester, and compares the measured results with the theoretical values. The conclusion proves that the tester is easy to carry, simple and practical, fast and flexible testing.
