近年来,海南省澄迈县向全县基层党组织全面推行党务公开工作,取得了初步成效。该县在党务公开工作中实行了五项制度:一是实行重大事项集体讨论决定制度。凡属制定或出台方针政策,以及其他具有全局性的问题,都必须按照集体领导、民主集中、个别酝酿、会议决定的原则,由党组织集体讨论决定。
In recent years, Chengmai County, Hainan Province, has conducted initial publicity to the grass-roots party organizations in the county in an all-round way and achieved initial success. The county in the open work of the party implemented the five systems: First, the implementation of major issues of collective discussion and decision system. Anyone who formulates or promulgates principles and policies as well as other issues of overall interest must be collectively discussed and determined by the party organizations in accordance with the principles of collective leadership, democratic concentration, individual deliberation, and decisions of meetings.
