为顺应国家战略性新兴产业发展规划,四川省提出了富有特色的“7+3”战略性新兴产业,这对四川省获得产业发展制高点、拉动其它产业发展奠定坚实的基础。而发展战略性新兴产业的一个重要方面就是要实现资源的有机整合,使资源在合理有序的运行机制下发挥最大效用。而本文就是对资金、科技人才、和载体资源的整合机制进行分析,以为合理利用资源开拓思路。
In order to comply with the national strategic emerging industries development plan, Sichuan Province has proposed a distinctive “7+3” strategic emerging industry, which lays a solid foundation for Sichuan Province to obtain a commanding height for industrial development and to drive the development of other industries. An important aspect of the development of strategic emerging industries is to realize the organic integration of resources and to maximize the effectiveness of resources under a reasonable and orderly operating mechanism. This article analyzes the integration mechanism of funds, scientific and technological talents, and carrier resources, and thinks that rational use of resources will open up ideas.
