这是一个信息网络高度发达的时代,我们建筑行业也必须实现信息网络化。在市场经济高度发达的今天,价格因素越来越成为业主选择承建商的最重要因素,“合理低价”的中标原则对施工企业项目成本管理提出了越来越高的要求。因此,工程项目成本管理的信息网络系统化尤见重要。本文从工程项目成本管理的难点分析入手,提出运用管理信息系统在项目成本管理中的重要性,以及运用项目成本管理软件进行项目成本控制的操作流程和重难点。
This is an era of highly developed information network, we must also achieve the construction industry information network. In today’s highly developed market economy, the price factor is becoming the most important factor for the owners to choose the contractor. The principle of successful bidding for “reasonable low price” puts forward higher and higher requirements on project cost management in construction enterprises. Therefore, it is especially important to systematize the information network of project cost management. This article starts with the analysis of the difficulty of project cost management, puts forward the importance of using management information system in the project cost management, as well as the operating process and heavy difficulty of using project cost management software to control project cost.
