概要与结论全球化的发展和教育机会的增加使许多亚洲青年既能从本国的发展中获益、又能为之做出贡献。由于经济开放程度的提高,外国货、国际服务和信息的大量涌入使亚洲的文化、价值观和生活方式发生重大变化。亚洲青年所接受的新观点和行为模式,有时会使其处于危险中,但同时也让他们成为促进当地社会发展的一股强大而积极的力量。较年轻的一代工人是当地现有的人力资本,他们勤劳、有竞争力、适应力强、对新技术悟性高,但在劳动力市场上经常不被重用,甚至受到剥削。
Summary and Conclusion The development of globalization and the increase of educational opportunities have enabled many Asian young people to benefit both from their own development and their contribution to it. Due to the increased degree of economic opening up, the influx of foreign goods, international services and information has brought about major changes in Asia’s culture, values and lifestyles. New ideas and patterns of behavior accepted by Asian youth sometimes make them at risk but at the same time make them a powerful and positive force for the development of local communities. The younger generation of workers are the existing human capital on the ground. They are industrious, competitive, adaptable and have a high understanding of new technologies. However, they are often not reused in the labor market or even exploited.
