警民关系是当今最基本的社会关系之一,警民关系直接体现着国家政权与人民群众的关系,良好的警民关系是搞好公安工作的前提和基础。文章阐述了和谐警民关系的内涵和构建和谐警民关系的必要性,并且就构建和谐警民关系提出了切实可行的出路。
The relationship between police and civilians is one of the most basic social relations today. The relationship between police and civilians directly reflects the relationship between the state power and the masses of the people. A good relationship between the people and the police is a precondition and basis for improving public security. The article expounds the connotation of the harmonious relationship between the police and the people and the necessity of building a harmonious relationship between the police and the people, and puts forward a feasible way to build a harmonious relationship between the police and the people.
