随着国家就业政策的调整,公安院校的毕业生开始参与激烈的就业竞争,而大学生职业价值观教育随着就业形势的日趋严峻变得越发重要。正确的职业价值观可以提高学生心理健康水平,培养职业精神,激发学生学习的主动性和积极性以及对将来工作的适应性。但价值观作为较高精神层面的教育由于其不能体现在实际的教学成果上,往往被学校教育工作者所忽略。文章针对大学生职业价值观的特点分析了对公安院校学生进行警察职业价值观教育的重要性,探讨了利用中国传统文化中的优秀价值观念指导学生构建职业价值观的意义和相应的内容和方法,以促进公安院校学生警察职业价值观的形成。
With the adjustment of the national employment policy, the graduates of public security colleges and universities have started to participate in the fierce employment competition. However, as the employment situation becomes more and more serious, the education of the students' professional values becomes more and more important. Correct vocational values can improve students' mental health, develop professionalism, motivate students to learn the initiative and enthusiasm and adaptability to future work. However, as a higher spiritual education, values can not be reflected in the actual teaching results, which are often neglected by school educators. The article analyzes the importance of carrying out police professional values education for the students in public security colleges and universities according to the characteristics of college students' professional values and probes into the significance and relevant contents and methods of using students' excellent values in Chinese traditional culture to construct students' professional values so as to promote Formation of police vocational values in police academy.
