1 故障现象一辆北京2020型越野乘用车(不带前桥分离装置)大修后出厂路试,挂上前加力(四轮驱动档)低速行驶一段距离后,前桥操纵杆(分动器操纵手柄)摘不掉。按规定,该车挂上前加力后不允许高速行驶,而路试地点离厂较远,无奈只得把车停下,费了很大劲才将前桥操纵杆摘下来,然后把车开回厂进行返修。2 返修过程该修理厂采用流水作业,故障出自分动器,因而由变速器班派人返修。拆下分动器,用手转动前输出轴,该轴转动异常费劲。将分动器解体,发现通往前桥的
