采用板层角膜移植治疗蚕蚀性角膜溃疡４４例４７只眼，术后使用环孢霉素Ａ滴眼液治疗，其中经一次手术治愈有３７只眼（７８．７％），最终治愈４２只眼（９５．７％）。本研究结果与本院以往治疗结果比较，治愈率有所提高，特别是一次手术治愈率明显提高。作者对其原因和手术方法作了讨论和介绍。
Forty-seven eyes of 44 patients with Mooren’s ulcer were treated with lamellar keratoplasty. Cyclosporine A eye drops were used after operation. Among them, 37 eyes (78.7%) were cured by one operation and 42 were finally cured Eye (95.7%). The results of this study compared with the previous treatment results in our hospital, the cure rate increased, especially a cure rate was significantly improved. The author discusses and describes its causes and surgical methods.
