In order to improve the reasonable rate of commercial enterprises’ inventory structure, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, comprehensively improve the economic efficiency and business management of commercial enterprises, and promote the “double-increasing and double-section” campaign, the Ministry of Commerce decided to try out commodities in some provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions this year. The policy of guaranteeing the profit-making period will be fully implemented in wholesale enterprises of commercial systems and large and medium-sized retail enterprises next year.
