象州县中平乡过去农村的各种纠纷和治安案件比较多,得不到及时解决,为了解决好农村的调解纠纷和治安管理,近年来该乡把农村人民调解和社会治安管理作为稳定社会秩序,促进『两个文明』建设的重要措施来抓。到目前为止,全乡9个村公所,44个村民委全部建立了调解和治安组织,配齐了调解和治安人员,形成了乡、村公所、村民委三级调解、治安管理网络。
