近两年来,中国电子工业政研会认真贯彻落实“两手抓、两手都要硬”的方针,紧紧围绕发展电子工业的一系列战略措施和任务,联系企事业单位科研生产实际,开展了形式多样、富有成效的研究活动,努力探索在建立社会主义市场经济体制、实现“两个根本性转变”中,加强和改进党的工作、思想政治工作和精神文明建设的新思路、新方法和新途径,推出了一批较有实用价值的研究成果,积累了许多宝贵的经验,涌现了许多优秀政研会和优秀政研会干部,对促进企事业单位的改革和发展,加强电子行业两个文明建设起到了积极作用。从所做的工作中,我们体会最深的是:搞好调研是我们的本份。只有针对问题,深入调查研究,写出有份量的调研报告,才是称职的党政领导的参谋助手。
