This article describes a multi-channel implantable urinary prosthesis personal computer interface. The system consists of two main parts, one internal, including the variation of the waveform of eight unipolar channels controlled by a 4μm CMOS gate array chip on an implanted slice. Second, the external controller, including general software, a PCE board into the portable computer and radio frequency technology. The device uses 20MHz binary signal modulation carrier to transmit energy to the implanted slice, data and clock synchronization. The article also describes the characteristics of implanted capsules and electrode design and assembly. In the experimental part, the bladder was studied when the dog spinal electrical shock phase occurred
