在国家召开全国技术创新大会后不久,国家科技部又举行全国基础研究工作会议,这是国家在倡导加强技术创新、发展高技术、实现产业化的同时,对作为高新技术的基石和先导的基础研究的一次新的推动。上海这几年在贯彻“科教兴国”、“科技兴市”的发展战略中,在把主要力量集中在加快科技成果转化、推进高新技术产业发展的同时,一直重视基础研究工作。
