French Ministry of Education Caleone Nell Jospein and Minister of Studies Hubert Curian announcing the new focus of research at French universities and making major adjustments to the National Center for Scientific Research (CNRS). A report by the High Commission for Research and Technology noted that since 1981, the monopoly of research in the Paris area has sacrificed regional institutions: their civil R & D budget ranges from 58% to 42%. The purpose of the adjustment is to better share research results and to better integrate CNRS research with the industrial sector, and it is expected that a new scientific committee, composed of scientists from France and other European countries, will be established in order to provide a scientific Advising on projects affected by the world.
