波纹管式气动加减器主要由杠杆系统、泄气式放大器、管路板、支架和箱壳等几部分组成,如图1所示。 1.作用原理加减器是基于力矩平衡原理工作的。它采用偏心波纹管成一字形排列在支点两边,这样有利于减少仪表的温度附加误差。图2为加减器的作用原理图。图中l、l_1、l_2、l_3——各波纹管到支点的距离;l_4——调零弹簧到支点的距离;S、S_1、S_2 S_3——各波纹管的有效面积;P_出、P_1、P_2、P_3——各波纹管中的压力。
