本文简介上海宝山钢铁总厂(以下简称宝钢)引进的 RH 脱气装置的特点及其功能、处理模式和主要工艺参数,总结了投产以来的基本情况。认为 RH真空处理为大型转炉生产厚板用钢、钢管钢、耐海水和耐大气腐蚀钢、低合金高强度钢、芯棒钢、超低碳电工钢等创造了有利条件;当处理普通热轧钢材时,以 N_2代替 Ar 作为环流气体,对钢材的常规机械性能无明显影响。同时总结了取得较佳处理效果的工艺措施,最后提出提高 RH 处理作业率的建议。
This article describes the characteristics, functions, processing modes and main process parameters of the RH degassing unit introduced by Shanghai Baoshan Iron and Steel Plant (hereinafter referred to as Baosteel), and summarizes the basic situation since it was put into operation. RH vacuum treatment for large-scale production of steel plate, steel pipe, seawater and atmospheric corrosion-resistant steel, low alloy high strength steel, mandrel steel, ultra-low carbon electrical steel and other favorable conditions have been created; when dealing with ordinary hot-rolled Steel, N_2 instead of Ar as a circulating gas, the conventional mechanical properties of steel had no significant effect. At the same time, the technical measures to obtain better treatment results are summarized. Finally, some suggestions are put forward to improve the RH operation rate.
