本文叙述了在中等氧压下,用氯化铜的浓盐水溶液浸出镍、铜硫化物精矿的研究结果。充氧不仅有助于维持浸出介质中高的铜与亚铜离子比,而且也有利于抑制难溶性针铁矿中铁的溶解,因此能得到一种相对无铁的含镍、铜溶液。研究了氯化铜用量、矿浆浓度、时间、温度、氧压、盐酸浓度以及给矿粒度对浸出过程的影响。在此基础上,确定了适合于大部分共生的镍和铜浸出的联合工艺参数,并得到了一种低铁的溶液。
This article describes the results of studies on the leaching of nickel and copper sulphide concentrates using concentrated copper chloride in brine at medium oxygen pressure. Oxygenation not only helps to maintain the high copper to cuprous ion ratio in the leaching medium, but also helps to inhibit the dissolution of iron in the poorly soluble goethite, thereby providing a relatively iron-free nickel- and copper-containing solution. The effects of copper chloride dosage, pulp concentration, time, temperature, oxygen pressure, hydrochloric acid concentration and feed particle size on the leaching process were studied. On this basis, the combination of nickel and copper leaching process parameters suitable for most of the symbiosis was determined, and a low iron solution was obtained.
