Observational studies and in vivo test results have drawn the attention of people: Cardioprotection with aspirin can be blocked by ibuprofen, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug that competitively inhibits aspirin-binding sites on the platelets. We aimed to determine whether administration of aspirin and ibuprofen to discharged patients after myocardial infarction was associated with an increased risk of death.
