文章主要围绕图书馆知识转移绩效评价这一中心命题展开,在借鉴国外研究成果的基础上,提出了图书馆知识转移绩效评价指标的构建思路及其基本框架,继而构建了图书馆知识转移绩效评价指标体系,并给出了图书馆知识转移绩效的各项具体评价指标,使图书馆知识转移绩效评价具有可操作性和可实施性。最后利用3种计量方法,完成了图书馆知识转移绩效评价指标的综合评价。
This paper mainly focuses on the central proposition of library knowledge transfer performance evaluation. Based on the research results of foreign countries, this paper puts forward the construction idea and its basic frame of library knowledge transfer performance evaluation index, and then constructs the library knowledge transfer performance evaluation Index system, and gives the library of knowledge transfer performance of the various specific evaluation indicators, so that knowledge transfer performance evaluation of the library has maneuverability and feasibility. Finally, using three kinds of measurement methods, the paper completed the comprehensive evaluation of library knowledge transfer performance evaluation index.
