本文分析了６９９２例患者ＣＴ检查结果，总结出现代ＣＴ检查的特点，即：１．６０岁以上年龄组病例较多，新生儿占一定比例；头颅及腹部病例较多。２．中青年组阳性率低。胸部及骨骼系统阳性率最高。３．腹部增强明显多于其他部位。４．急诊病例较多。同时本文剖析了形成以上特点的原因，并从社会学和专业发生角度提出了ＣＴ检查的全面质量管理对策；１．加强社会责任；２．提高医疗行政管理质量；３．提高医务人员整体素质；４．强化ＣＴ室ＱＣ小组职能；５．完善医疗科研体制；６．重视急救医学；７．合理有效地应用ＣＴ检查技术。
This paper analyzes the results of 6992 CT examination, summarizes the characteristics of modern CT examination, namely: 1.60 years old more cases, newborns accounted for a certain percentage; more cases of skull and abdomen. 2. The young group has a low positive rate. The highest positive rate of the chest and skeletal system. 3. Abdominal enhancement was significantly more than other parts. 4. Emergency cases more.
