9月6日,政协第十二届全国委员会优秀提案和先进承办单位表彰会在京召开,表彰了240件优秀提案和45家先进承办单位。全国政协主席俞正声会见了获奖代表并讲话。表彰优秀提案和先进承办单位是自七届全国政协以来的传统做法,每届政协表彰一次。行业第十二届全国政协委员、瑞华会计师事务所合伙人张连起提交的《关于完善营业税改增值税全面落地政策的提案》被评为政协第十二届全国委员会优秀提案。
On September 6, the outstanding proposal of the 12th National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference and the awarding ceremony of advanced contractors were held in Beijing, commended 240 outstanding proposals and 45 advanced contractors. Yu Zhengsheng, chairman of the CPPCC National Committee, met with the winning representative and delivered a speech. Commendation of outstanding proposals and advanced undertaking units is the traditional approach since the Seventh CPPCC National Committee, each CPPCC National Committee commended once. Proposal of Improving the Comprehensive Land Use and Value-added Tax Removal Policy Proposal submitted by Zhang Lianqi, a member of the 12th CPPCC National Committee and a member of Ruihua Accounting Firm, was awarded as Excellent Proposal of the 12th National Committee of CPPCC.
