目的:对绝经后妇女取环中间苯三酚联合米索前列醇的应用效果进行分析。方法:选取绝经后妇女取环患者62例,随机分为2组,对照组30例接受单用间苯三酚治疗,观察组32例在对照组基础上加用米索前列醇治疗,对比2组患者宫颈松弛程度、镇痛情况与取环情况。结果:观察组镇痛有效率、宫颈软化有效率与取环成功率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在绝经后妇女取环中,间苯三酚与米索前列醇联合治疗具有良好镇痛效果,安全性高,值得在临床中推广。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the effect of taking pyrogallol combined with misoprostol in postmenopausal women. Methods: Totally 62 cases of postmenopausal women were randomly divided into 2 groups, 30 cases in the control group received single phloroglucinol treatment, 32 cases in the observation group were treated with misoprostol on the basis of the control group, Group of patients with cervical relaxation, analgesic situation and take the ring situation. Results: The effective rate of analgesia, the effective rate of cervical softening and the success rate of taking the ring in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The combination of phloroglucinol and misoprostol has a good analgesic effect in postmenopausal women. It is safe and worthy of promotion in clinic.
