目的了解北川县居民对3年灾后重建医院的满意度,为其进一步建设提供参考。方法 2011年7月采用自行设计的问卷进行调查,由经过统一培训的调查员在北川县入户对居民进行医院满意度调查。结果受访者对医院的硬件设施和卫生技术人员技术水平表示完全满意的分别占33.06%和31.60%。认为灾后重建后的医院硬件设施水平及卫生技术人员技术水平有很大提高的分别占53.75%及26.06%,且两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。认为提高卫生技术人员技术水平是应该首要解决的问题的受访者占62.38%。结论在加大医院硬件设施建设的同时,政府应重视卫生技术人员素质的提高,使医院的硬件与卫生技术人员素质得到协调发展。
Objective To understand the satisfaction of residents in Beichuan County for reconstruction of a hospital in 3 years and provide reference for further construction. Methods In July 2011, self-designed questionnaires were used to survey residents in Beichuan County, through unified training of investigators to conduct hospital satisfaction survey. Results The respondents were completely satisfied with the technical level of the hospital’s hardware facilities and health technicians, accounting for 33.06% and 31.60% respectively. It is believed that the post-disaster reconstruction of hospital hardware facilities and the technical level of health technicians have greatly improved, accounting for 53.75% and 26.06% respectively, with a significant difference between the two (P <0.05). 62.38% of respondents think that improving the technical level of health technicians should be the primary problem. Conclusions While increasing the construction of hospital hardware facilities, the government should pay attention to the improvement of the quality of health technicians and make the coordination of hardware and health technicians in hospitals develop in a coordinated manner.
