Paradeontacylix sinensis is a cold schistosomula and Schistosoma japonicum is an important representative of schistosomiasis. The genomes of Schistosomachromania sinensis and Schistosoma japonicum were studied respectively by random amplified polymorphism (SSCP) and 31 random primers were screened, 189 polymorphic fragments were amplified from two adults, S6 and S46 The whole genome of Ascaris suitaldii was specific, and a specific strong band about 399bp and 695bp were amplified respectively. Primer S2 was specific to the genome of Schistosoma japonicum, and only one specific strong band of 1670bp was amplified. Most of the primers amplify the whole genome of Schistosomakerschnemania sinensis and Schistosoma japonicum, and deduced that there is a close relationship between Schistosoma spp. And Schistosoma japonicum.
