麦粒肿多因脾胃蕴热上攻,外感风热毒邪而诱发。笔者自拟祛风活血饮治疗30余例,屡治屡效。现介绍如下: 方药:羌活10克、防风10克、荆芥10克、白芷10克、黄连3克、归尾10克、生地15克、赤芍15克、川芎10克、银花20克、皂角刺12克、甲珠10克、酒大黄10克、生甘草6克。小儿用量酌减。病例一:杨××,男,60岁。1984年1月24日诊。右眼红肿疼痛3天。查:右眼上睑内
