新生儿吐乳之疾,临床上并不少见,但往往不易很快治愈。笔者近几年,运用二陈汤加味治疗20多例,疗效满意。例:李×,女,21天,1985年9月28日就诊。患儿出生后一周内乳食及二便正常。自第8天开始吐乳,现已13天,每于吸乳后不久即吐出,带有痰液。大便正常,小便减少。面色少华,不活泼,虚胖。有时鼻塞,喷嚏,轻咳。曾经西药治疗,不见好转。此由风邪外感,痰湿内阻所致。拟以二陈汤加减:陈皮6克,姜半夏5克,茯苓9克,甘草3克,生姜2克,苏叶6克,通草5克。子母同服
