根据辊底式热处理炉的结构和热处理过程,提出了优化的几点思路,并针对带钢的辊底式炉热处理,提出适用于炉辊速度、带钢温度和炉内温度调整的专家-模糊PID控制方案,在此基础上设计了硬件结构和控制规则、算法。结果表明,该方案能实现辊底式炉的优化控制,缩减加热时间,显著提高热处理温控精度。
According to the structure and heat treatment process of the roller hearth heat treatment furnace, some ideas of optimization are put forward. According to the heat treatment of the roller hearth furnace with strip steel, the expert - Fuzzy for furnace roller speed, strip temperature and furnace temperature adjustment PID control scheme, on this basis, the hardware structure and control rules and algorithms are designed.
