当前十分重视以“学生为主体”的模式进行教学,但由于过去对教师主导作用的理解存在偏差,导致教师主导作用与学生主体作用产生了矛盾,在课改实际的教学中,存在着一些不良趋势,重视了学生主体地位而不重视教师的主导作用。同时,由于过去教学思想存在了很长时间,不仅对教师的教育教学思想产生了不良影响,对学生也产生了很大的负面影响。学生在学习的过程中,已没有了主体意识,怎么能发挥其主体作用呢?在新形势下,应重新审视教师的主导作用与学生主体作用的关系,如何利用教师的主导作用唤醒学生的主体意识。
