从2010年2月广东肇庆公安局率先开通微博,经过整整一年,公安微博已经发展到500家,占全国政府微博的70%,关注的民众已经超过千万。当前广大公安民警收入并不高,却从事着繁重、艰苦甚至危险的工作。虽然公安民警仍是人民群众值得信任的群体,但有时受到的误解也很多。民众往往容易在面对具体案件时,将一些司法不公的深层制度问题迁怒于公安民警,一些负面事件很容易被舆论放大。公安开微博,是直接面对、有效解决问题,从而有效为民服务的一次有益尝试。利用微博揭开神秘面纱,广泛倾听民众呼声,及时沟通互动,不仅有助于化解社会矛盾,还有利于与民众沟通情感,增加民众对公安机关的信任与支持。
From February 2010, Zhaoqing Public Security Bureau of Guangdong Province took the lead in opening up Weibo. After a whole year, the number of public security Weibo has grown to 500, accounting for 70% of the national government Weibo, with more than 10 million people concerned. At present, the majority of public security police are not high-paid, but they are engaged in heavy, strenuous and even dangerous work. Although police officers are still trusted by the masses of the people, they are sometimes misunderstood. When facing specific cases, the public tend to indulge in public security police some of the deep-rooted problems of unfair administration of justice. Some negative events can easily be magnified by public opinions. Public security micro-blogging is a useful attempt to directly face and effectively solve problems so as to effectively serve the people. The use of microblogging to unveil the mystery and extensively listen to the voices of the public and communicate and interact in a timely manner will not only help to resolve social conflicts but also help to communicate emotions with the public and increase people’s trust and support for public security organs.
