我从国营单位辞职,到了一家外资IT公司,第一天上班感受最深的是办公环境的变化。原单位的办公室,装修比较简单,普通的耐磨砖地板,普通的乳胶漆墙壁,在宽阔的地方摆了很多办公桌,像小学课堂的桌椅一样有序排列。新到那家外资IT公司,我被安排在离窗户较远的一个小间隔里,光线稍暗。在这里,地板上铺了地毡,每一个人都有一个小间隔,就像蜂巢里的每一只工蜂。有这样的小间隔,办公室里的人互相干扰的时候较少。据说办公室采用小间隔的方式是始于20世纪80年代。后来电脑应用越来普遍,每个员工桌子上都放上一台电脑,这种小间隔的布局颇为适合。这
