本文发展了用会聚束电子衍射(CBED)中菊池线测定立方系中晶体取向差的方法,利用该方法测定了 Nb-V-Ti 微合金钢中小于0.1nm 直径的亚晶取向差。结果表明,该钢中亚晶取向差小于5°,其精度估计为0.1°。
In this paper, a method for determining the crystal orientation difference in a cubic system by using Kikuchi line in convergent beam electron diffraction (CBED) has been developed. The sub-crystal orientation difference in the less than 0.1 nm diameter of Nb-V-Ti microalloyed steel has been determined by this method. The results show that the subgrain orientation difference is less than 5 ° and the accuracy is estimated to be 0.1 °.
